At Nuvaya, our goal is to create a supportive and consistent training experience. The following terms help ensure fairness and structure for everyone.
Clients commit to two resistance training sessions per week to support progress and consistency.
Each session includes 45 minutes of training, with up to 60 minutes allocated to allow for warm-up, preparation and post-session check-ins.
Training is offered on a monthly membership basis.
The monthly investment is £80, which includes eight sessions per calendar month.
Payments are due at the start of each month, in line with your agreed schedule.
Nuvaya does not offer a pay-as-you-go option, as consistency is key to meaningful progress.
In the event of gym closures, fees will be adjusted on a pro-rated basis.
Sessions are intended to be used within the month they are allocated.
If exceptional circumstances arise, we’ll do our best to support you.
Clients are asked to book their two weekly sessions at the start of each week to secure preferred time slots.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as attended.
If you miss a session, you may request to join another scheduled session to make it up, subject to availability. This ensures fairness across all members.
Short breaks for holidays or recovery are absolutely supported. Where possible, missed sessions will be fitted in around your time away.
Longer periods away from training will be treated as a pause or termination of membership, with notice required.
Should you wish to end your training at Nuvaya, we ask for one month’s notice to allow for smooth scheduling and planning.
Please wear appropriate workout attire for all sessions.
Clients are asked to disclose any injuries, medical conditions or changes to health before training begins and as needed throughout their time with us.
Any nutritional guidance shared is intended for general wellbeing support only and does not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
By participating in training, clients acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and take responsibility for their participation.
