Your hosts, Chandni and Bindni, are sisters who have each been on their own personal wellness journeys for many years. Having experienced the transformative power of movement, mindfulness and community, this retreat is their way of bringing together everything they have learned and benefited from, brought together under one roof to share with others.
Bindni is deeply connected to her practice of Tai Chi, yoga and meditation. She incorporates this into her daily life. She also enjoys making friendship bracelets, a calming and meditative craft that encourages focus and presence. It’s a practice she is excited to share during the retreat.
Chandni runs her own strength training studio, born from her passion for helping women feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. She believes strength training is especially important as women get older and looks forward to offering a supportive introduction to it during the weekend. Her love of food and cooking will also be reflected in the meals shared throughout the retreat.
For both sisters, this retreat is a true passion project and a way to bring together the practices and experiences that have supported them in their own lives. Their hope is to create a warm, welcoming space where women can connect with each other and also reconnect with themselves.
