About Your Host
Hi, I’m Heena.
I’m a Yin Yoga teacher, a Health and Wellbeing Coach as well as an English teacher!
In yin, my passion is creating a safe, nurturing space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and find balance in both body and mind.
I bring warmth, empathy and encouragement to everything I do and my hope is that each yin class leaves you feeling grounded, restored and more connected to your true self.

60 minutes session each week
Opening meditation & breathwork

Yoga mat
Blanket or shawl (for warmth and comfort)
